Enter Parameter Values Dialog Box
You can use the Enter Parameter Values dialog box to specify parameter values for a report or query. This topic describes the options in the dialog box.
Designer displays the Enter Parameter Values dialog box when you preview, print, or export a report which applies parameters, or preview a query that contains parameters.
In this dialog box, Designer lists all the parameters the report or query uses with their prompting information. For more information about how to set parameter values, see Specifying Parameter Values.
OK
Select to apply the specified parameter values for the report/query and close the dialog box.
Default
Select to apply the default values of the parameters for the report/query and close the dialog box.
Cancel
Select to close the dialog box without saving any changes.
Help
Select to view information about the dialog box.
